Only one field of option data shows up when I select other product options for editing. bsmither Posted September 24, 2012 Share Posted September 24, 2012 A number of helpful people here will strongly urge you to have your store updated to v514. For myself, I do not have the history of what got fixed from one version to the next. Your issue with product options may be a known issue that was resolved at some version past 501. And if I was aware of the specific fix for this issue and it was fixed in 502 or higher, getting upgraded to 514 would still be my only advice. I may have entered issue the proper way thru the sales page link. I have not done trouble tickets to date and may have done it right not knowing any better.
