SSL Root path

Short answer: Correct. Use just a slash.

Long answer: We have had users report that their hosting provider maintains a copy of the public folder on a different server box that exclusively serves ssl requests, and thus has a different web address. If you believe your hosting account is not configured this way, then use a slash.
