StreamAlex Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 I need to export about 20 orders from a v3 site to a v5 site. How can I do that? I have tried to export cc_CubeCart_order_sum from phpmyadmin and rename it everywhere to cc_CubeCart_order_summary and import it to the new site, but that don't work. The database structure between CC3 and CC5 is sufficiently different such that a simple dump to CSV and then import that CSV is not possible. The upgrade process from CC3/4 to CC5 will keep existing orders, but I hear you say you have a separate source of past orders. havenswift-hosting Posted June 10, 2013 Share Posted June 10, 2013 Why not simply do an upgrade on a copy of the CC3 database and then use phpMyAdminto extract the records for those 20 orders from the newly converted CC5 version and then input them into the target CC5 database ?
