bsmither
The "Export URL" column will, when you right-click your mouse (Mac's, ???) on a link and then select "Copy Link Location" from the mouse cursor context menu, you now have the URL that you will give to a third-party, such as ShopZilla or eBay (if you have an eBay seller's account in which you can set up an automated retrieval of your inventory). Yes, if you were to actually click this link (that you are just supposed to copy and use elsewhere), you will get a page full of text. The "Download Parts" column will, when you click your mouse on it, inform your browser that there is a text file arriving that needs to be saved, as opposed to being displayed. The web document headers that CubeCart sends to your browser ahead of the actual file contains the information about the following file -- specifically, a header that says this is a file that should be saved. Your browser is instead displaying the file, which means your browser is not respecting the header that says to save the file, or the Web Server where your CubeCart is installed is damaging or dropping one or more of the headers CubeCart wants to give to your browser. (You don't see these headers. You need a special tool to see those.) From your site, the header is: Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 From another site: Content-Type: application/force-download Content-Length: 605 Content-Disposition: inline; filename=googlebase_20130826_1.txt Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary Your web server is Apache, so there might be some kind of configuration that you need to discuss with the people who you have your hosting account where your store is.
