eerlewein
Good Morning, Just tried to update the store to the new software version. Am currently getting the following error: Error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature WARNING: Your store is not up-to-date, v5.2.4 is available, but you are running v5.2.3 Any suggestions on this one? Or should I just do the manual update? Thanks.
eerlewein
Just tried it and it worked again... Not sure why. Update - Now the Logo is out of wack. Suggestions please?
eerlewein
Clue Shalack - the damn common.css file had a padding issue. #header p.logo { padding-top: 15px; padding-left: 25px Set them to 0 on both and that was it. All good here. Sorry for posting. Thanks for reading... Situation Status: Resolved.
Dirty Butter
I did a down and dirty quick change to fix the OFC security issue, replaced the two dashboard files, and replaced my PayPal folder. I didn't have any skin issues. Was this problem with padding CAUSED by the upgrade, or had you just not noticed it previously????
eerlewein
Yea was part of the upgrade. Site was fine yesterday. And after the upgrade it gave me this issue. The upgrade was eventually performed through the automatic update feature. So not sure what changed in that process.. But it did say that the file had been updated as of 10/08/2013 - before I had even opened and changed it and the time stamp was 4+ hours ago - right around the time the update went through. Dirty Butter
Then I'm not going to mark this as Resolved YET. Glad it was easy to fix!
Al Brookbanks
Please note that unless you have duplicated the skin folder, edited the config.xml file in it and then updated the stores settings to use this customised skin then upgrading will overwrite any skin code changes. Please just read stage 1 here: https://support.cubecart.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/202/46/how-do-i-create-a-custom-skin-or-template-in-cubecart-v5
