how do i send coupon code to all my customers?

Hi, i figured out how to make a coupon code, that was easy.  Now because i am a noober, i have no idea how to send this code to all my registered customers. 

How do i make a file of all the email addresses and send this code out to them?

PS - i just updated my store with the auto update and it worked!! yea!!  that really helps for noobs like myself, very easy!

To delete your setup folder - 2 easy choices:

 

Use an FTP Client to open your store folders, so you can delete it.

 

Use cpanel File Manager to open the store folders and delete it.

 

As for emailing everyone - I use a commercial mod for that, so I can't help with how to do it from within CC. You can export your email list, if you have a way to send to a mailing list with your own email program.

can you please provide me some info. in detail?  i do not know how to export the customer email list.

Can be done, but not as easily as I was thinking it could. Only customers who signed up for a Newsletter can be exported from within CC.

 

BUT if you have access to cpanel, you can use phpMyAdmin to export the _customer table (Choose Format csv file) and get the complete list of customer emails in a spreadsheet program, like Excel.

 

There are free open source spreadsheet programs available, if you don't have one.
