Mailing List Subscription Confirmation

Greetings,

 

I am using CC v. 5.2.2>> Currently when a user enters their email address on my home page to sign up to receive my newsletter, no subscription confirmation email is sent to the user advising him that he has signed up.

 

How can i make this happen? I've checked in the email content and templates with no success Please help

CubeCart does not yet have this function.

 

An email template would need to be created (creating new templates is not yet possible within CubeCart), the code to send it would need to be added to the Newsletter class, and more code would need to be added to the CubeCart class to catch the subscriber's double-opt-in validation reply.

 

There is this mod:

Should not be hard to add an email when subscribing to the mod.
