The Sales Reports page has tabs of Results and Filter, and a caption above the table that reads (for example): Sales report form 1 Feb 2014 to 3 Feb 2014 It has sum totals on the bottom row and Export buttons below that. @UncleSam, Something weird is going on. To start troubleshooting, please view these two files: /admin/sources/orders.index.inc.php /admin/sources/reports.index.inc.php Let us know if they have the same content, or different content. UncleSam Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 I really appreciate your help bsmither. I'm surprised why AI didn't notice it even when I'd attached a screen-shot. The moderator wrote "LOL" :-P and locked that thread. Anyway I figured it out the file (/admin/sources/reports.index.inc.php) was calling the wrong template (orders). I have no idea why the previous developer did it. I’ve replaced it with the original one. It displays the correct reports page with the export button now. Thanks :-) !!!
