bsmither Posted February 16, 2014 Share Posted February 16, 2014 CC528 has an all new set of encoded files as compared to CC527 (and I have no idea what is actually in these files). But I would think the means of contacting the licensing servers has not changed. And there would be a lot more reports of that problem being posted to these forums. Maybe some data center in the UK is experiencing connectivity issues due to massive flooding and extraordinarily bad weather. I don't know where the actual data center is located. Other than the encoded files, there are no other changes I see in the codebase that would cause this. I think CC5 will still operate for a large number of days, assuming it has a license file, even if that license file says it is about to expire or has expired. Al Brookbanks Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 The only change in the encoded files are absolute paths rather than document relative ones which fixes a bug in some payment gateways.
