Cannot edit articels, groups and shop config (5.2.11)

We have an urgent problem since we upgraded to 5.2.11

 

We are unable to edit products, product groups, shop setting (config) or email templates while we can still work with orders and customers.

 

Trying to edit a product (product list in fine), we just see the tabs and a white screen below the tabs.

 

In addition the shop works much slower than usual.

 

Any hints?

Is there a final </body></html> tags, or does the HTML seem to stop abruptly?

 

The "server log"? Is this a log viewable in your hosting control panel?

 

You may need to have your host discover what the server configured limit may be.

We solved the problem.

There was a htaccess file in one subdirectory.

No idea how this file was created.

We assume it has to do with 'MAGIC URLs SEO', we baught some days ago.

I can give a clear warning not to use MAGIC URLs SEO ... it seems to be a beta version ... very buggy

Another cause of this can be security software blocking files loading. If you view browser console in Chrome Debug or Firefox you should see server headers returns as certain files don't load. It looks like in this case it wasn't this.
