I have implemented it, and all appears to be working correctly, even with Machinable checked. I did notice you have taken out the RECTANGULAR/NON-RECTANGULAR CHOICES. But the Non-Rectangular package choices are not there in 5.2.14 version of the module. Since we can now choose only First Class Parcel, we don't really need the Non-Rectangular/Rectangular choice.
