Whilst some are going through OK - any help appreciated and where to start looking... When you look at the orders they look fine... chum63 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Share Posted September 18, 2014 Well I guess that got rid of me for a couple of days:-) I have upgraded the site to the latest release and all went OK. I got some buyers that had problems to delete their orders and place again. Exactly the same problem occurred and they can not pay for their orders. Since the 5.2.13 release we have had no reports of this issue. If you require us to take a deeper look please open a tech support ticket from your customer area.
