dukes Posted November 8, 2014 Author Share Posted November 8, 2014 I submitted exceptions to my merchant account for the 2 issues which kept failing the compliance test. They accepted both exceptions and my site is once again PCI compliant. They did not tell me the cause but it's been resolved. Thank you bsmither for your help.
