ZAKS Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Hi, I'm having a problem with my automatic e-mails. On a new order being placed (processing stage email selected) I receive an admin 'order confirmation', but the customer receives a cart 'confirmation' AND an admin 'confirmation'. On completing an order (manually changing status from processing to complete) no cart 'order complete' email is being sent to the customer (I need them to send as a follow up and feedback request). I have checked all my store settings>advanced settings and all seems ok, and there are no restrictions imposed from my server. I also have 'force order completed emails' selected, but I think this only refers to straight to complete orders? Any help would be greatly appreciated. bsmither Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 With the introduction of discussions about CubeCart v6 (currently in beta), and with many ongomig and new discussions still focusing on CubeCart 5, we would need to know the exact version of CubeCart you are experiencing this situation. bsmither Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 Searching the forums for email shows several problems related to the Print Order Form gateway and the expectation of emails being sent.
