vidmarc Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 I've set up a user account for somebody to add new products etc, but they are saying they get a message that they don't have the right privileges to perform the action when they try and upload a pic to the category. bsmither Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 Please try giving Edit permissions to Categories and File Manager if you want the admin to be able to upload and assign an image to a category. Then, Edit permissions to Products and File Manager if to allow images to be uploaded and assigned to products. If this is the current setting (or greater permissions), let us know.
