Al Brookbanks Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 (edited) We started using Zopim on our website and its superb. Olark and Zopim are similar but different. Olark is better for customisation for the widget that shows but Zopim seems better for analytics which in our case is more important. It's a shame this extension needs Ioncube to work. I don't have Ioncube setup in my development environment right now. Does this module automatically add the customer name to the session if they are logged in? This is a MUST have I think e can even add the basket value into the chat notes. If not I'd be happy to make a new module or with havenswifts permission update the existing one.
