Yes.

You mention "bloatware". To me, bloatware is when too much code is actually running and makes the performance suffer because of it. Just having modules available, but not being engaged or affecting performance is not bloatware. My opinion.

You may, however, give credit to not having code that could be executed - even if not enabled - not be present so as to not present the opportunity for an exploit -- which was a problem with a certain version of CC3.
