Except for one thing (yes, you knew there had to be, didn't you? lol) My suggestion can be summed up in 2 words... Punctuation, and Spell-check (3 words if you consider spell-check to be 2 words) I do hate to be-labor this point and yes, it is a personal bug-bear of mine, but, IMHO, nothing, but NOTHING ruins the professionalism of a site more than poor spelling, and/or poor grammar.
