I wanted to add Citruspay (www.citruspay.com) Payment gateway to my site.They should have detailed documentation covering their API / system and then it is either down to whether you can program yourself or if not, then find a developer who knows CubeCart and ideally has experience of payment gateways as these can present their own problems writing and testing.
