Dirty Butter Posted July 5, 2015 Share Posted July 5, 2015 I am totally guessing about whether this is the cause, but if you can look at the structure of the first and last name fields in the CubeCart_customer table in phpMyAdmin, is it utf8_unicode_ci, or something else?
