havenswift-hosting Posted July 22, 2015 Share Posted July 22, 2015 If they are using the built in SagePay Form module from 5.2.2 then this will be the older V2 protocol. If they have to stay with this version (you should really get them to upgrade at least to the latest V5 version but latest V6 would be much better !) then simply download V5.2.16 and upload the SagePay gateway module over what is currently installed and that will be fine.If you want a module for SagePay InFrame, then we have this available from our website and this is V3 protocol compatible and also includes the ability to use tokens for much faster checkout for returning customersIan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

havenswift-hosting Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 HiThat is because you did an upgrade from the Admin screen which upgrades the whole site to the VERY latest version which is 6.0.6 rather than simply upgrading the SagePay module as per my original answer. It's fine and preferable to upgrade to V6, but the process from V5 to V6 needs a couple of extra steps as in deleting the modules directory and then downloading the modules that you want from the extensions storeIan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
