bsmither
The SMTP server is answering and communicating. The SMTP server accepted your message. So, the message did get sent by CubeCart and did get received by the SMTP server. What I don't see is any kind of username and password in the conversation. But you may have intentionally removed that from the test output above. The fact that the SMTP server continued with the conversation tells me you do have permission to use this server. What happens between the SMTP server and your email program is outside of CubeCart's control.I have seen some hosting accounts have special folders, viewable only from FTP, that holds NDR emails being sent back to the sender when that email gets bounced for some reason. If your hosting control panel has an email reader, you may want to use it to see if you can read any emails that otherwise would not be sent to <[email protected]>. havenswift-hosting
You should speak to your hosting company who will be able to trace exactly what happened with that and any other email being sent - tell them what email address it is being sent from and to and what approximate time. As Brian has said, this is not a CubeCart issueIan
