But only the customer receives a email confirmation of the order.and the owner of the shop does not receive the order by email!! havenswift-hosting Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 Try changing to use SMTP email - it is far more reliable anyway both for internal and external email delivery as it is fully authenticated and so more will be accepted and also not directed to spam. gerda Posted September 1, 2015 Author Share Posted September 1, 2015 when i go back to phpmail function and i fill in the smtp server information.Then only the customer receives the invoice.When i set the phpmail function into smtp without ssl then nothing is happening. bsmither Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 "Only the customer receives a email confirmation of the order, and the owner of the shop does not receive the order by email!!"So, the email system is working -- for the customer.In admin, Store Settings, Features tab, place the setting Order status for admin email notifications to Pending.Using the Print Order Form, the order remains at Pending. It is up to the admin to move the order to Processing when payment has cleared, and then to Complete when the order has shipped.CubeCart will email the admin when an order has been put to Pending or Processing, according to this setting.
