Lastwolf
So I got the clean skin and I like parts of it but I prefer the foundation navbar, I was trying to add it into the skin but I'm running into a few problems primarily the dropdown features which don't seem to want work at all.Is there an easy way to do with or am I just gonna have to keep beating it with a shovel ? bsmither
It seems to have the same behavior - so maybe just apply the styling you want?

Have you tried emailing the skin developer and asking for support ? Unfortunately it seems that other people are having other issues with this skinIan
Lastwolf
It seems to have the same behavior - so maybe just apply the styling you want? huh... I've been messing around with it so long I never thought to go back and look at the original, I guess it is basically the same setup with different styling. heh trust me to try and do it the hard way. thanks. Lastwolf
Now I remember why, it's because whatever settings that altered the navbar, it can't handle subcategories, like at all.Instead of opening up to the right or left they just list on top of one another, also the width is fixed at the maxium width of the top most category
bsmither
Ok, styling is what we need to pursue. However, it looks like there is something wrong with showing the sub-category S2000 as a child of Miele Parts -- like maybe some piece of javascript isn't hiding the sub-cats properly. Lastwolf
I'm submitted an email to the skin author anyway, the styling stuff I can half figure out on my own, but this width thing is confusing the hell out of me.
bsmither
Can we have a web address to see your installation of this skin?

bsmither
In playing around with the skin's demo site, I believe there to be an inability for the skin.min.js to properly position and show/hide sub-sub-categories.
fldavidallsop
I am in contact with Michael and we are discussing a resolution. We are also due to release an update in the next week which builds on the current functionality and adds some feature requests.Just so people know, the child menu will resize to the width of the parent.
