greatshopping Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 Hello together,i´m using the newest version from cubecart 6.0.8.I´m selling some large digital downloads / movies. Some are lager than 600MB.Everything works fine, the customers get the email with the download link in it.If you open it and say save it the download begins and everything looks fine.But after 8- 8:30 min the download cancles.Can anyone help me?Thank you! Glad to see you made it to the forums.CubeCart has a deliverFile function that resets PHP's 'expire_time' to 120 seconds every time a 8KiB chuck of file is to be sent out. So, it is probably not the case that PHP is timing out.The web server, on the other hand, might be. Please consult with your hosting provider to determine if the web server configuration has a setting (or a default) that is limiting the amount of time (or quantity) for data to pass through it.
