admin email message

Currently I receive an order email from admin when the customer clicks the 'secure checkout' button from the basket page.

I also have the Amazon payments plug in, but this does not pass on an email message from admin, or create an order within admin.

Although Amazon send me an order confirmation this does not contain 'options' so I never know what detailed option the customer has selected.

My questions are:

1. is there a piece of code which can be inserted from the basket page attached to the Amazon payments button which would trigger an order email (possibly the same code which already triggers the email from the 'secure checkout' button)

and

2. Would this create an order within my Orders Dashboard?

If possible could someone tell me exactly where I should paste this code as I do not know my way around the various files.
