i got this from google analytics. Any one know what to do with it?

Setting an expiry date or a maximum age in the HTTP headers for static resources instructs the browser to load previously downloaded resources from local disk rather than over the network.

Using browser caching correctly is one of the easiest ways to increase the speed of your website but it has to be done correctly (one or two standard recommendations can cause issues) and on a relatively stable site. www.gtmetrix.com is a great site that uses Yslow and Google Page Speed to test various issues but you should never blindly follow all recommendations
