keat
On our old V3 we would receive an email when a customer registered, however, if he then went on to purchase, we wouldn't do anything with the data. I see there is a mod available, so I may end up installing this. However, maybe it might be easier if once per week, we could print of a list of names and addresses of all people who'd registered but not purchased. If anyone fancies the challenge, then I'd be willing to discuss this with the bosses.
ayz1
I just dump the customers table into a spreadhseet and filter the no order customers out in there. Takes 2 minutes. Not very elegant but gets the job done. And we do have some success with it so well worth doing.
keat
I have considered this, but I don't want to give staff access to PHP, and I don't particularly want the job either.
Noodleman
Sounds like a very simple plugin. You just want a report of customers who have accounts, but never purchased anything, right? I can produce this for you if you like, probably about 30 minutes work to add as a plugin so it requires no code changes, works out of the box. drop me a message if your interested.
