Short answer: please try to FTP the package once again, but make sure to have the FTP program send in Binary (not auto and not ASCII). Verify that the folder /setup/ does contain a file named skin.install.php and that it is approx 10,172 bytes (9.93K) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
