bondimedical
I upgraded my 6.0.9 store to the latest version and now both the frontend and the backend are a blank screen. What are the first steps to troubleshoot this?
ayz1
Im no expert but you could try any of the following 1. Upload the zipped installation files for latest version of cubecart, unzip on server and try running the setup again 2. Install a backup of previous version then try update again 3. bsmither
Using a programmer's text editor (not a word processor), please create a file called ini-custom.inc.php, and have as its contents: <?php # Custom initialization commands # Filename: ini-custom.inc.php # File location: main CubeCart folder ini_set('memory_limit', '256M'); ini_set('max_execution_time', '60'); ini_set('error_log', 'error_log'); ini_set('log_errors', 'on'); ?> Place this file in CubeCart's main folder at your site. Your hosting control panel's set of tools may have an editor available. If the problem is with CubeCart, and you get the blank page, there should be a new file named error_log in the main folder. Noodleman
firstly, rename all the folders in your /modules/plugin directory, just in case a plugin isn't playing nice. Secondly, review your web hosting error log, it will have errors in there. Copy/Paste those here and we can review
