But, when I tried to test the function with a registered account, I fund that after I placed the order, my test email box can't receive order confirmation emails. I've set the store admin>>Features>> Order status for admin email notifications to pending. But, when I registered a test account to purchase the product, there is no order confirmation email received. Don't know why is that, I'm I missing something, somebody help! I tested with another email box that is not on the store domain, I could only received the registered confirmation email, when I bought something, I can't receive the order confirmation email from the system. bsmither Posted August 8, 2016 Share Posted August 8, 2016 If using an external SMTP server (i.e., gmail), then please choose SMTP - with SSL (or TLS) as the sending method. Also, in your Gmail account settings panels, you will need to provide details on that page giving your CubeCart installation permission to use Gmail as the server.
