bsmither Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 A rectangle with a plus-sign is a browser's indication that this is a special character. The HTML for it is:<i class="fa fa-spinner fa-pulse"></i> So, I would say that at some point, the Font Awesome system has become damaged.
