bsmither Posted October 10, 2016 Share Posted October 10, 2016 If you are using the US English language, then 'County' should not be appearing. Instead, this language uses 'State'. If you are using UK English, then the word 'County' is appropriate. So, we need to determine which language the store is using when displaying pages to you. In admin, Store Settings, Advanced tab, enable debugging and then enter your IP address (www.whatismyip.com) in the adjacent field. When you are delivered a page, there will be a grey debugging section at the bottom. In the SESSION group, you will be shown what language CubeCart believes you are wanting to use for your session. I am having the same problem, I followed your instructions it shows EN-GB. I only plan to sell to USA only and wondering how do I get the county changed to state as well.
