Dirty Butter Posted October 18, 2016 Share Posted October 18, 2016 Bsmither or Havenswift might be the best ones to help with something server related, which appears to be what this error message has to do with (from a quick Google search). Hopefully it's temporary and will resolve on its own. While you're waiting for someone knowledgeable to come along, you might try clearing all cache in CC and the browser and trying again. Is there anything unique about that particular order? Any unusual characters in the address, etc? Have you looked at the order information in cPanel to see if something looks odd there?
