bsmither Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 You can make it so that CubeCart will not send any email if the template for that email does not have any content in either of the HTML Contents tab or the Plain Text Contents tab. (So, make a copy of the source code contents before deleting either. You can find copies of that content in the /language/ folder.) There is no current way to set suspending any specific email, other than not forcing the Order Complete email that could be sent for digital-only orders (admin, Store Settings, Features tab, "Force Order Completed Emails" is unchecked).
