keat
I've seen this a few times today when uploading an image Not enough memory to create thumbnail from `index.htm`. Please optimise this source image. The file is 12KB. Any thoughts v6.1.

Al Brookbanks
There shouldn't be an index.htm file in the images/source folder. Please delete it. https://github.com/cubecart/v6/issues/1497
keat
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <title>Forbidden 403</title> </head> <body> <h3>Forbidden 403</h3> You are forbidden from viewing this directory. </body> </html> index.html is there in the V3, so I guess it copied over with the upgrade. Thanks
Al Brookbanks
It's a bug in that the GD class method gdLoadFile will return false if the "image" sent to it is not a valid image. However the error message handling isn't accurate.
traylor23
I'm getting this same error, but it's saying from thumbs.db instead of the index.htm. Before I deleted the index.htm, it was giving me both errors.
bsmither
When Windows Explorer is showing a folder full of images, and the Windows Explorer "View" is set to show thumbs of images, the thumbs.db file gets created. The thumbs.db file is marked as hidden by Windows, but a setting can have Windows Explorer show 'hidden' files in the view pane. This file may have been caught up in the bulk FTP of image files from the Windows box to the server box.
