galaxyx theme problems

I purchased the galaxyx  theme , how we can receive support for a Premium product? 
i have sent 2 emails to seller and also use "email developer" in extension shop, after 3 weeks i have not receive any response!

galaxyx  theme problems:

1- GalaxyX do not show switch languages box.
2 - register / login button do not work on tablet.

That is a shame if the developer isn't responding quickly (or at all) to support any longer. Galaxy was one of the very few good looking and well written / maintained skins available for CubeCart .  I do know that the developer was busy with other non-CubeCart related jobs at one point so sounds like he has other priorities at the moment.  There isn't much else that can be done except maybe try and get a refund if you paid via PayPal

For 2 - register / login button

In the skins templates/box.session.php file have you got something like

<div class="tablet-button"><i class="fa fa-sign-in"></i></div>

If so try changing to

<div class="tablet-button"><i class="fa fa-sign-in"><a href="http://www.mydomain.com/login.html"</a></i></div>

For the language box I think this just needs a simple edit in the main.php file. I will look at it when I get a bit more time.

-Click to enlarge  for main picture on product page not works

-show unformatted texts on product short description.
