djcaseanova Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 Trying to upgrade via the Upgrade Now button in the admin takes me to a blank page. When re-entering the admin section, nothing has happened. Tired of having to do the manual upgrades lately. This has been going on for a while now. Any reason as to why this would not be working? Thanks! havenswift-hosting Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 You will need to do a manual upgrade until (at least) 6.1.7 when the problems are supposed to have been fixed. That should not be causing a blank page so you could try looking at the error_log for any information and also double check you have ZipArchive on your server as that is now required Ian 2 minutes ago, Al Brookbanks said: Check the php error log.
