lyndsiesal
Is there a way to prevent the use of multiple coupons on a single order? They can apply multiple coupons until the total is zero, thankfully not many have figured this out but there's a big potential for losses here. Example: Subtotal$50.00 coupon1 (50.00%)$25.00 coupon2 (70.00%) $52.50 Total Discount$52.50 Grand Total$0.
bsmither
Unless something has changed between CC615 and the latest version, CubeCart allows only one coupon to be used (not restricting Gift Cert codes).
Dirty Butter
@lyndsiesal Are you using a plugin for promotional codes? I've tested your double coupon situation with 6.1.7+, and I can't get two coupon codes to work. But I have one store with a coupon plugin, and it is possible to apply two different coupons. I've contacted the developer to see if that was intentional or not.
sailing123
same issue here. I just left an email message to the developer to resolve the issue, soon hopefully. One customer worked it out this week-end and I had to cancel the order as the discount was far too big as a result.
keat
Disclaimer added to my T&C's. Only one discount code, voucher or promotion can be used at any one time (unless otherwise agreed). If your order is found to, or suspected to contravene or attempt to circumvent any discounts or promotions, then we reserve the right to cancel your order. sailing123
Thanks Keat, I did exactly that, I updated asap our terms and conditions plus added a disclaimer in small text font on the basket page with a hyperlink to the terms and conditions clause. The developer of the plugin has been extremely efficient and has already emailed us an upgrade that should fix it.
Dirty Butter
SemperFi's updated plugin is working correctly for me as well. @lyndsiesal is your problem solved? If so, please edit your original post to show [Resolved].

Dirty Butter
He emailed it to me for me to test, because I wrote him to say it had a problem. He said several others had done the same thing. I see v4.0 is not on his website yet, however. Here's the contact link for Daren: http://www.semperfiwebservices.com/contact.html
