dcorc
Running cc 6.0.1 - now have registration problem for new customers on website. If you go to http://www.asllocksshop.co.uk/login.html and try to register, it comes up with "too many redirects", instead of taking me to the registration page. I've tried changing www in various places, seems to make no difference. Grateful for any help Dave Edited August 3, 2017 by dcorc
keat
has anything been added to .htaccess recently. ?
dcorc
no. htaccess files have not been changed. I've compared with a backup from 2016 - and I've also re-uploaded the files from that backup by ftp. no difference. Very puzzled at this point. ayz1
Can you try using a different skin to see if you get the same problem. If you don't then it is most likely skin related if you do then it looks like a possible .htaccess issue.
Dirty Butter
Was 6.0.1 new for you? Or was this a case of working correctly one day and not the next, with NO changes on your part?

Dirty Butter
Perhaps you need to ask your host if they have made any version changes within their control - not CC related. Something like maybe a PHP upgrade or an ioncube loader version??? Also, on the outside chance you've been hacked (you are on an older version that is less secure) - check your database files and CC files and folders to see if there is anything there that doesn't look like it belongs. There is a set of directions for fixing a hacked site pinned on this forum somewhere. Edited August 3, 2017 by Dirty Butter
havenswift-hosting
Too many redirects generally happens when you have a mismatch with SSL settings (server settings, CubeCart settings, .htaccess settings etc). You should definitely upgrade your site as already mentioned, so many bugs and security issues have been fixed since your version Ian
