bsmither Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 Customers do not get an email when the order goes to Pending (exception: the POS gateway could send a reminder email). The config setting is for when the Administrators get an email. If the customer does not get an email when the order goes to Processing, that will be the issue to solve.
