If you are using foundation skin and edit box.navigation.php say to put Sale Items before the category names. NOTHING will happen. WHY? Look at the code. if $CATEGORIES {$CATEGORIES} else {the rest of the code is executed}. $CATEGORIES is in cache. You have to go to Admin advanced and turn enable caching (file) to disable. IMO, there should be some documentation or readme file that would tell you to turn off caching if you're doing any sort of template tweeking.
