In CubeCart's admin, Store Settings, Logos tab, upload an image that will serve as your logo. For Foundation, I suggest 560x120 pixels. It will get scaled as necessary. It will then show in the list, where you can enable it and assign it to a specific skin. Also, this section can accept and manage logos for emails and printed invoices.
