bsmither Posted March 31, 2018 Share Posted March 31, 2018 CubeCart uses the product's Name as the basis for the automatically generated "search engine friendly" phrase (which can be overruled by manually entering your own phrase). With respect to the Product Code, CubeCart instructs the database to create a FULLTEXT index that comprises the product's Code, Name, and Description. Should any column change, the database engine should (I would certainly hope so) update the respective FULLTEXT entry. CubeCart keeps a record of items sold. That record includes the product's Code, Name, Final Price, and Final Tax of what they were when sold. And also references to which options were chosen but with this, there is a linked key back to the current option details (meaning, if options change, there may a disagreement between what was sold and what is now showing as what is available).
