Wairds Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 I first noticed a problem this morning when I noticed an order had been placed at 09:34 but I had not received any email notifications. On looking at the order it stated in the transaction log “Unspecified error” under Notes. On looking at the System Error Log there were a number of entries. See attached. havenswift-hosting Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 PHP Notices can pretty much always be ignored and CubeCart generates lots of these. The issue which corresponds to the time of your order is the fatal MySQL SELECT issue - this is a known bug that has been fixed in 6.2.1 but that hasnt been released yet - see https://github.com/cubecart/v6/issues/2003 so in the meantime, you can manually make the change Ian Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bsmither Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 Only if the attempt to send the email got logged in admin, Email Log. If they are not logged there, you may try to administratively move the order back to the Pending state, move it to the Processing state, then finally move it to the Completed state (if shipped).
