vidmarc Posted June 3, 2018 Share Posted June 3, 2018 One of our customers cannot re-set his password (his email address is correct,and also the validation key), and also when he follows the password reset link, the page is not secure either. vidmarc Posted June 4, 2018 Author Share Posted June 4, 2018 (edited) Just one so far. I tested it myself and it all worked fine, not sure why this customer has a problem. When he clicks the email link in the email, he gets directed to the site with the padlock crossed out.
