vidmarc
What does this mean (and do if enabled)? If I switch it off and save, it reverts to enabled.
bsmither
I am not aware of any reason or condition where CubeCart would force this to enabled. That is strange. When the customer is checking out, there is a drop-down selector offering all the choices the store provides for shipping. For example: FedEx has a few services enabled, UPS has a few services enabled, Royal Mail has a few services enabled, etc. A drop-down selector can have Group names heading the actual choices. FedEx Next Day Two Day UPS Two Day Ground Royal Mail Priority Flat Rate If the store uses certain shipping modules, the Group name becomes superfluous, such as the All-in-One-Shipping module. vidmarc
Currently using the "By Weight" module. It has 57 allowed zones, and zero disabled zones. Is this the default setting I wonder?
havenswift-hosting
Default setting is zero allowed and zero disabled - ie all zones allowed. You are better restricting using the country codes in the plugin config
vidmarc
Which countries should we restrict?
havenswift-hosting
That is a business decision - what countries do you want to ship to ! If you only set shipping prices for those countries, nobody else will be able to create an order
