bsmither Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 From my very, very shallow internet search on "first party reviews", I learn that by various means, your customers are contacted, surveyed, responses summarized and graded, and results are delivered to you. (Third-party reviews are on someone else's site, like Yelp.) The various means may include simply offering a way to have your customers give testimony directly on a form on your site, to complex processes where professional organizations invite customers to take an online survey. If you care about showing your customers reviews made by other of your customers, then in admin, Reviews, Add Review tab, enter each one with as much of the data you have. CubeCart's reviews are per-product based, not for any general shopping experiences. (Extensions exist to manage/show general testimony.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
