keat
Each product is allocated to it's own category. We have a category called '2018 New Lines', this is an additional category. Lets say a widget lives in the widget category, we may also add '2018 New Lines' as an additional category for a particular widget. Now we just introduced a whole new range of dongles, which live in thier own dedicated dongle category. But we would like a sub category inside '2018 new lines', also called dongles, which would contain all those dongles. Due to the large amount of items, there would be a lot of work involved in opening each and every item and manually allocating this to the 2018 new lines/dongles category. Especially considering, it's only for a few months at most, and will all have to be undone shortly. Is there an easier way to copy a whole category and it's contents. I don't mind playing in the database, if I could find where the info for additional catagories is stored.
