bsmither
From past conversations, the item to examine is what PayPal service you have acquired API Credentials for, and what PayPal type of integration you are running. As best I know, there are: PayPal Standard PayPal Website Payments Pro (maybe some other service) All the above having a Live mode and a Sandbox mode. You will need distinct and appropriate credentials for each service and mode of service. Then, once you have assured yourself that you have entered the correct credentials for the subscribed service and are running that service in that desired mode, there may be the case where you mouse-swipe-copied the credentials you were given directly from a web page or email. Doing a mouse-swipe-copy will often grab invisible white space (a space character, tab, etc), and that white space gets pasted along with the visible characters. Thus, the credentials are invalid. To avoid this, manually type in the credentials by hand.
